Things change.
From one point of view, nothing could be more obvious, and yet something within us prevents us from accessing the radical freedom that this reality implies.
Buddha taught that nothing lasts, even for a moment. He called this deep change "subtle impermanence." If we can fathom this truth, we will be able to meet reality on its own terms, liberated from the tyranny of the past. The possibility of real change is affirmed, and we experience ourselves as free, encountering our lives directly. In this way, our daily reality becomes a blissful dance.
