The experience of stress can ruin our life. When we are stressed, our creativity declines, our relationships deteriorate, we forget to enjoy our food, we sleep fitfully, worry about things that often never happen, fall ill, make mistakes. By learning to mindfully observe our own body and mind, we can dissolve stress away and begin to develop a new relationship to our daily life that enables us to live fully in the moment. This introduction to meditation will include guided meditations, teachings and discussions designed to enable participants to gain a clear understanding of the practices and principles involved, and to begin to reclaim the peace of mind that no one should be without.
